Delete your SphereMessage account

Use this page to request permanent deletion of your SphereMessage account and the data associated with it. You do not need to reinstall or open the app to submit a request.

What happens next

Identity check
We may contact you using information already connected to the account to confirm that the request is genuine.

Account deletion
After verification, the account is permanently deleted rather than temporarily disabled or frozen.

Confirmation
We send confirmation when the request has been completed. We aim to process verified requests promptly and generally within 30 days.

Data covered by the request

• Account identifiers, profile information and SM Number
• Photos, bio, preferences, hobbies and love-language information
• Location-related profile data and visibility settings
• Messages, interests, matches, posts, comments and likes
• Moments, Hangout participation and other in-app activity

Limited retention

Limited information may be retained only where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or dispute resolution. Residual copies may also remain temporarily in routine backups until they are overwritten. Retained information is restricted from normal product use.

You can also request deletion inside the app

Open SphereMessage and go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. The web request above remains available if you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access your account.
